Kid Abelha

Formed in Rio de Janeiro in 1981 as Kid Abelha & os Abóboras Selvagens, the group emerged as part of the Brazilian rock generation of the 1980s. Seu Espião, released in 1984, featured songs such as Como Eu Quero; Educação Sentimental expanded their discography the following year.

The lineup changed, and Paula Toller, George Israel, and Bruno Fortunato continued as a trio. Acústico MTV, released in 2002, became one of their best-known releases. After ending their activities in 2016, the group announced a reunion tour for 2026.
