Jorge & Mateus

Jorge and Mateus met in Itumbiara, Goiás, and played their first show together in May 2005. After recording an independent CD, they released Ao Vivo em Goiânia in 2007. The album featured Pode Chorar, which brought the duo to a national audience, and De Tanto Te Querer, included on the soundtrack of the telenovela A Favorita. The duo continued releasing live albums, including 2009's O Mundo É Tão Pequeno.
