Jeff Buckley

Jeff Buckley was born in Anaheim, California, and began drawing attention in New York, with performances at the club Sin-é and the EP Live at Sin-é. In 1994, he released Grace, his only studio album during his lifetime, which includes his version of Leonard Cohen's “Hallelujah”. While preparing his next record, he died in Memphis in 1997, at 30. Sketches for My Sweetheart the Drunk came out posthumously in 1998.
