Grandbrothers

The duo of pianist Erol Sarp and sound engineer Lukas Vogel emerged in Düsseldorf, Germany, in 2011. The two created a system of electromechanical hammers to expand the sounds of a grand piano. The debut album, Dilation, came out in 2015; Open came in 2017, followed by All the Unknown in 2021. In 2023, they recorded Late Reflections in Cologne Cathedral.
