Eels

Eels emerged in Los Angeles in 1995 as the project of singer and songwriter Mark Oliver Everett, known as E. The debut album, Beautiful Freak, featured “Novocaine for the Soul” and paved the way for Electro-Shock Blues, marked by themes of grief and loss, and Daisies of the Galaxy.

In 2009, the group released the trilogy made up of Hombre Lobo, End Times and Tomorrow Morning. With a shifting lineup, it remains active and released EELS TIME! in 2024.
