Eagles of Death Metal

Eagles of Death Metal emerged in Palm Desert, California, in 1998 as a project of Jesse Hughes and Josh Homme, who already played together in the Desert Sessions. The band released its first album, Peace Love Death Metal, in 2004, followed by Death by Sexy and Heart On. After a break, it returned with Zipper Down in 2015. Hughes and Homme kept the group active, although Homme took part intermittently.
