Dark Tranquillity

Dark Tranquillity formed in Gothenburg in 1989, initially under the name Septic Broiler. After Skydancer, the group solidified its lineup and melodic death metal sound with 1995's The Gallery. Projector, released in 1999, incorporated keyboards and clean vocals, opening a new phase. The band remained active and released Endtime Signals in 2024, with Mikael Stanne on vocals.
