Crowbar

Crowbar emerged in New Orleans in 1990 after earlier incarnations under names such as Shell Shock and Slugs. The band released Obedience thru Suffering in 1991 and gained wider recognition with the 1993 album Crowbar, produced by Phil Anselmo. Time Heals Nothing and Broken Glass solidified the band's 1990s run. Following lineup changes and hiatuses, the group remained active under Kirk Windstein's leadership and released Zero and Below in 2022.
