Corrosion of Conformity

Corrosion of Conformity formed in Raleigh, North Carolina, in 1982 as a hardcore punk band with metal influences. Animosity marked the early years, and Blind, released in 1991, brought the group closer to heavy metal. With Pepper Keenan on vocals, the band reached a wider audience with Deliverance and Wiseblood, which includes Albatross and Clean My Wounds. After a hiatus, the band resumed releasing albums in 2012.
