Chris Kontos

Drummer Chris Kontos was born in New York and played in bands from the San Francisco Bay Area hardcore and thrash scene, including Attitude Adjustment and Grinch. He gained prominence playing on Burn My Eyes, Machine Head's debut album, released in 1994.

He left the band in 1995 and returned to perform the album with the group on its 2019 anniversary tour. He also took part in projects such as Testament and Forbidden.
