Cannibal Corpse

Cannibal Corpse formed in Buffalo, United States, in 1988 and released Eaten Back to Life two years later. Butchered at Birth and Tomb of the Mutilated established the band in death metal in the early 1990s. After vocalist Chris Barnes left, George “Corpsegrinder” Fisher took over vocals on 1996’s Vile. The group moved to Tampa, Florida, and remains active; Chaos Horrific came out in 2023.
