Beverley Knight

Beverley Knight was born in Wolverhampton and began her solo career with The B-Funk, released in 1995. Her second album, Prodigal Sista, came out in 1998 and earned her recognition in the United Kingdom, followed by records such as Who I Am and Affirmation.

After releasing Music City Soul, recorded in Nashville, she also moved into musical theater; in 2013, she made her West End debut in The Bodyguard. In 2019, she celebrated 25 years of her career with the live album BK25.
