Angélica

Angélica was born in Santo André in 1973 and began recording as a teenager, while hosting children’s television shows. Her first album, released in 1988, featured “Vou de táxi”, a version of a Vanessa Paradis hit.

The following records stuck with children’s and teen pop, with yearly releases and hits like “Meu herói”. In 2001, she released her last studio album and then focused on her career as a TV host.
