Three Days Grace

Three Days Grace emerged in Norwood, Canada, in 1997, after its members had played as Groundswell. The debut album, released in 2003, and One-X, from 2006, opened the way for songs such as “I Hate Everything About You” and “Animal I Have Become”.

Adam Gontier left in 2013 and Matt Walst took over vocals. In 2024, Gontier returned, with Walst staying in the band; the two shared vocals on Alienation, from 2025.
