Maurício Einhorn

Maurício Einhorn was born in Rio de Janeiro in 1932 and received his first harmonica at age five. A harmonica player and composer, he began performing on radio as a child and took part in bossa nova, writing songs such as Estamos Aí, Batida Diferente, and Tristeza de Nós Dois. He recorded solo albums, including ME and Travessura, and also played with Brazilian and international artists throughout his career.
