Kate Bush debuted at nineteen with “Wuthering Heights”, the first song written and sung by a woman to top the British charts. Since The Kick Inside, from 1978, she has built a body of work of theatricality, literature and technical daring: The Dreaming explored the studio as a laboratory, Hounds of Love fused pop and experimentation with rare perfection.

Averse to touring and almost always reclusive, she became a living legend, rediscovered by new generations through “Running Up That Hill”.
