Jorge Vercillo

Jorge Vercillo was born in Rio de Janeiro and began singing in bars at 15. He released his first albums in the early 1990s, but gained national recognition with Leve, released in 1999, which featured songs such as Final Feliz. In 2002, Elo broadened that reach with Que Nem Maré. Throughout his career, he has released live albums and recordings on his own label; he remains active.
