Airbourne

Formed in Warrnambool, Airbourne turned the Australian hard rock tradition into method: dry riffs, arena choruses and a physical delivery that avoids subtlety on principle. Since Runnin' Wild, the group led by brothers Joel and Ryan O'Keeffe has worked within a deliberately classic language, sustaining its identity less through reinvention than through intensity, the road and an almost artisanal devotion to high-voltage rock.

Why listen to Airbourne?

Hard rock with no brakes, made to sound as if the stage could collapse at any moment.
